Whistleblowing
A whistleblower can be a worker and you report certain types of wrongdoing. This will usually be something you've seen at work - though not always. The wrongdoing you disclose must be in the public interest. This means it must affect others, for example the general public.
What is Whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the process whereby a member in employment raises a concern about malpractice, wrongdoing, risk, or illegal proceedings, which can harm or create a risk of harm to the people who use the service, employees, or the wider community.
